Shipping Info

SHIP TIME. All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days.  We do our best to ship all items at once, on a rare occasion, your items may ship in separate shipments.  You will receive tracking information for each partial order that is shipped.

QUESTIONS. Do you have questions about your order?  Email us at orders@thehairhotline.com, with your order number as the subject and we will be more than happy to answer any questions about your order.  Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response (most inquires are answered sooner).

If you would like to speak with a live person, call us Monday- Saturday 9am- 9pm CST* at 872-216-0726.  Please have your order number handy, if we do not answer, leave a voicemail and we will return your call within 24-48 business hours (most calls are returned sooner). 

*All calls and/or emails sent on US holidays are considered non-business days.

FREE DELIVERY. All orders for customers in Chicago, IL will be free delivery. (If you want to know how to select the free delivery option, please click here) Delivery will come in the form of either USPS (United States Postal Service) or drop off service.  If shipping is provided via drop-off service, you will receive an email when your order has been delivered to the address you provided at checkout.  If shipping is provided via USPS, you will receive an email from, orders@thehairhotline.com.

DELIVERY. All orders for customers outside Chicago, IL will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).  All customers will receive an email when your order has been fulfilled and shipped, complete with tracking information.

ORDER TRACKING. Once your order is shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), you can track your order through their website with the tracking number provided.

5.

UH-OH. Did you make a mistake with your delivery address?  It's ok, just send us an email with your order number in the subject line, prior to receiving your shipping confirmation, and the correct shipping address and we will make the change.

6.

DELAYED ORDER. Once your order is shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), we cannot control any delays caused by their services.  Please contact USPS or us immediately to rectify the issue.  On our end, we will try to help you resolve the issue with USPS.

7.

OH DARN. If you ordered something that is not currently in stock, we will contact you immediately to provide further options.

AWW MAN. Did your order never arrive, or arrive damaged? Please email or call us immediately so we can discuss your next options.
