refund policy

GENERAL. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from thehairhotline.com, you can request a refund via email or phone.

Please use subject: Refund & your order number.  Please provide a brief description of reason for return as well as a photo(s) of your order.

Refunds must be requested within 14 full days of purchase date.  Shipping will not be refunded for any item returned and ANY item returned but in its original packaging and unopened/ unused.

Unfortunately, any item personal care items (i.e. sanitary napkins, deodorants, scarves, bonnets, etc.) and/or opened/used will not be eligible for return.  Also, an item returned damaged will not be eligible for return.

Refund will be processed on item(s) safe return. An email will be sent when refund has been issued.

HOW LONG. If your refund has been approved, you will receive an email from, hairhotlineorders@gmail.com with your refund details.  Refunds will be sent back to the card used to purchase the items.  This process can take two to 14 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or bank holidays.  The amount of time the funds take to reflect in your bank account will depend on your banking institution.
