3. On 7/2/21 all participants will be notified that a winner has been chosen.

You can only take the survey 1 time. Purchasing from our store, although appreciated, will not increase your chances of winning. If you do not contact us back within 24 hours after winning email, prize will be voided! We will send you the oils for FREE (including shipping)!!
